Attorney Corey Washington

Corey Washington is the managing partner of Washington George PLLC. He is also the founder and CEO of Secured Estate, a legal technology company implenting Blockchain, AI and IPFS technologies. Mr. Washington represents clients in trust and estates planning, blockchain & cyptocurrency law, business law, and real estate law. He is an authority in the law of blockchain technology and authored “An Ultimate Guide to Launch  An SEC Compliant ICO.” In 2019, he traveled around the United States at Navy bases providing information technology training services.  

Prior to founding Washington Law, Mr. Washington practiced at McKee Nelson LLP in New York, representing issuers and underwriters in various complex financial transactions involving asset-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations and municipal bonds. Before joining the law, Mr. Washington was an investment banker at Citigroup Global Markets, providing capital raising and financial advisory services to companies in a diverse range of industries including industrials, aerospace and defense, technology, transportation, automotive and energy.
