Attorney Jennifer Greenlee

Jennifer Greenlee is an accomplished litigation and transactional attorney with extensive experience representing clients in civil litigation, estate planning and real estate law. Since 2012, she has served as an Associate and Counsel for Washington Law PLLC, working in both the New York office and from Atlanta. Throughout her career, Ms. Greenlee has dedicated time to public interests, including her work as a bankruptcy fellow for Legal Services NYC, where she researched complex bankruptcy matters, drafted Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions and provided financial/legal advice to clients regarding bankruptcy options. She also worked with the Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis. Ms. Greenlee launched her career as an analyst and artist royalty accountant in the music industry for Elektra Entertainment Group and EMI Music. Prior to that, she completed internships as an A&R intern for Warner Music International and a Royalties intern for Warner Music Group.

Beyond her passion for the law and music, Jennifer has always loved real estate. She has been a licensed New York broker and co-founded a boutique real estate brokerage focused on residential sales. Ms. Greenlee graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing, as well as a Certificate in Entertainment, Media, & Technology. She was active in the Stern/Tisch Entertainment Business Association and NYU America Counts as a tutor. In 2009, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School with a focus on copyright, trademarks and tax. During her time as a law student, she contributed to the Journal of Law and Inequality. In her spare time, Jennifer served as a Board Member of the Carnegie Hill Concert Guild to make world-class chamber music more accessible to the community and acted as Executive Producer for a holiday album featuring professional recording artists. She currently lives in Atlanta where she enjoys supporting local arts and entertainment.
